1. Overview

This website is operated by Brigitte Rose ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pacific Palisades, California. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors, prints and sequin details of our sets as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged and typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Complimentary standard shipping applies to qualifying orders as shown at checkout; express options are available at an additional cost. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your set, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Final return and exchange terms will be confirmed by Brigitte Rose prior to launch.

5. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Giving Back

A portion of proceeds from Brigitte Rose sales is donated to the Los Angeles County Relief Fund to support fire-relief efforts benefiting Pacific Palisades and Altadena. Donation amounts and timing are at the discretion of Brigitte Rose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Brigitte Rose name, logo, designs, photography and copy, is the property of Brigitte Rose and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigitte Rose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
